Business Strategy

Business strategy is the determination of the most effective means of an organization’s growth and development. Moreover, as business strategy is a component (subset) of a broader framework of management strategy, it is critical to develop, explore, and implement the most impactful routes to success in a tailor-made, company specific manner. Of course in pursuing the most effective strategy, it is never enough simply to assess internally relevant factors, but to also examine ongoing environmental implications as well in a careful and systematic manner. As such, determining the correct course of action can never be made in a vacuum, and must also consider the texture and nuance of an organization’s corporate culture, management philosophy, legacy, development goals, and a myriad of other salient factors in order to leverage the company’s unique strengths to be best positioned for success.
