The client's accounting staff member went on maternity leave. If they had hired a replacement member, they would have ended up with too many staff members when she returned from maternity leave, so our staff temporarily supported the accounting work. By supporting the temporary staff shortage with our staff members, the client was able to continue working smoothly without being overstaffed after she returned from maternity leave.
