Our partner Hidaka has been appointed as a member of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency's "Small and Medium Enterprise PMI Guidelines (tentative name) Formulation Subcommittee"

We are pleased to announce that our partner, Mr. Hidaka, has been appointed as a member of the "Small and Medium Enterprise Guidelines (tentative name) Formulation Review Subcommittee" established by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.

This subcommittee will be established with the Business Succession Guideline Revision Committee as its parent organization, and its purpose is to make the Post Merger Integration (PMI) process, which is considered extremely important for successful M&A, widely known in an easy-to-understand, summarized form in order to promote M&A among small and medium-sized enterprises.

The guidelines are expected to be released by March next year.
