We are an Asian global consulting firm based in Japan, with the mission of contributing to society by supporting and nurturing business leaders, and dedicated to supporting the sustainable growth (evolution and sustainability) of companies.

Startups are changing the world by promoting the metabolism of industries with their unique innovations and operations, while established companies are supporting society as the backbone of the economy based on the technology and manufacturing know-how they have cultivated over the years. In this era of change, while aiming for sustainable growth by leveraging each company's strengths, if the "financial and management" systems and literacy are weak, reform will not be possible and the speed of change will not accelerate. In other words, "We want to change more from the status quo." Such companies are our clients.

Since our founding in 1999, we have offered a full menu of consulting services in the CFO field (from finance, IPO, M&A, PMI, restructuring, governance, accounting and taxation to HR and IT) as a logistical function essential to the realization of strategies for companies seeking transformation. Our expertise over the past 20 years in providing the ultimate in practical implementation support through on-site staff is also the history of hands-on consulting in Japan.

The consulting industry is faced with the contradiction of "giving advice to business managers while not being involved in management ourselves." To resolve this dilemma, we are always present at the client company's site, involved in the client company over the medium to long term, and sometimes even transforming our personality on the client company side, while taking responsibility for implementing the solutions we propose and insisting on seeing them through to the end. Our unique way of working (= revolving), which moves back and forth between the two areas of consulting and management, is a concept that was inevitably born from this thorough hands-on style, and it is an initiative that is not only unique to other companies, but may even require a rethinking of the definition of the word "consulting" itself.

In Japan, there are many talented people who demonstrate excellent skills in the field, but there is a shortage of management talent who can practice company-wide leadership.That is why we want to continue to develop our members as management talent (CFOs) who have both leadership and financial literacy through dialogue with management and problem-solving.

We acquire management theory knowledge through consulting (supporting managers), and acquire practical management knowledge through revolving (producing managers). We believe that this mission and culture will lead to the trust of tomorrow's clients. As an innovator in the CFO consulting industry, we will continue to evolve.
